      真空爐根據(jù)不同使用溫度，可選擇不同的材質(zhì)的加熱元件及保溫隔熱層，常用的加熱元件材質(zhì)有耐熱鋼（Cr20Ni80）,高純石墨，鉬及合金等，各材質(zhì)使用的溫度范圍如下，除上述材質(zhì)的選擇外，還需通過對長期使用條件下的能耗，穩(wěn)定性等方面綜合考慮。
